A family-owned Canterbury business marks 20 years of crafting premium pickles, celebrating the milestone with a bold new product and a continued commitment to quality and community.

Gordon’s Pickles is proud to celebrate 20 years in business, a New Zealand, family-owned business manufacturing high-quality pickles since July 2006. “The strength of the business is the depth of it,” says owner Janice Burnett, acknowledging the team’s resilience against challenges posed by events such as earthquakes and Covid-19 over the years.

Gordon’s has developed strong business relationships with major fast food companies, food manufacturers, wholesalers, and suppliers to the catering and hospitality trades.

At its heart is community. A founding member of the Wigram Pantry Collective for the local community, alongside their customer-facing retail shop, engaging and providing direct to the customer is crucial to Janice.

Maintaining their outstanding reputation, the business has demonstrated consistent excellence across audit and compliance results, with renowned success as a Gold Standard Supplier.
