Company co-director Keith Hartshorne personally deals with clients in one-on-one consultations, enabling him to determine clients’ needs. In-home visits assist with fabric selection and measuring up to deliver the best seating design for each client’s space.

“I visit clients because it’s important to see their vision for the space that they want furnished, and so that we get the seating design absolutely right,” he explains.

The pieces are manufactured off-site by local quality suppliers, but its retail showroom displays some of the new furniture available with the latest fabric and leather options. “One is the versatile Milton corner lounge suite, and customised ottoman (pictured), both available in fabric or leather sourced from New Zealand tanneries, and with a choice of inners,” says Keith.
