Snapped! Local street style
What inspires the style of North Canterbury’s most fashionable ladies? Metropol’s Zoe Fenton took to the streets and played paparazzo to three locals that caught her eye.

Celine Graham, shop ambassador at Louis Who
“My style is eclectic and affordable. A mix of new and old. My big thing is you don’t have to spend a lot of money to have good style, you just need to have a good eye. I wear mainly preloved because I work at Louis Who. I see it, and I like it, I wait until it gets to an affordable price, and then I strike like a cobra. I think the main thing is wear what makes you feel good, and don’t follow anyone else’s rules. We don’t like rules. When it comes to fashion designers, I do love Kowtow.”

Derrice Sutherland, shop ambassador at Outposte
“I would describe my style as comfortable and wearable. I love Drama the Label, I’m wearing their jeans now! For Mother’s Day,
I might go over and spend it with my mum on the coast.”

Donna Kaiser, owner at Ageless Antidotes
“Relaxed and classic is how I would describe my kind of style. For designers, I like Zoe Kratzmann or Kiwi brand Marle. Both of those fit with my style. Since my business is new – this is only my sixth week – I will be open for business on Mother’s Day. I’m a yoga teacher as well as a beauty therapist, and I will be giving back to the mothers who give out so much. I like to nurture.”
