Contemporary Homes of Nelson won the 2022 Master Builders’ House of the Year National Outdoor Living Excellence Award for a new build titled Let the Flow Begin.

Looking out towards the sea there is a sheltered area, which features a double-sided gas fire to ensure the view can be enjoyed no matter the temperature. On the other side of the home, the expansive outdoor living area includes a covered outdoor lounge, dining space and an outdoor kitchen cooking area, along with three heated swimming pools and a sunken seating area warmed by another outdoor fire.
