Smooth start to Mum’s Day

Before taking mum out to lunch this Mother’s Day, why not treat her to a delicious smoothie for breakfast. Smoothies are quick and easy to make, as healthy as you want them to be, and ideal for so many different fruits, occasional vegetables, and dairy products. They can be made in a blender, with a stick blender, or in a bullet-style mixer.
Try bananas with yoghurt, milk, and a pinch of ginger, or add a few of mum’s favourite berries.
