Ribblesdale Garden in North Canterbury will be putting on its Sunday best, as it prepares to play prestigious host to the seventh annual Oxford Garden Fete.

The annual event which is being held on Sunday 28 October from 10am to 4pm sees hundreds of people descending on the glorious garden for the day. Featuring 100 stalls dotted around the grounds, attendees will have plenty to feast their eyes, ears (and tummies) on, from an amazing selection of food, drink, craft and local products all set against the backdrop of an established, expansive country garden.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Ribblesdale Gardens, there are plenty of special spaces to meander through, all the while filling shopping bags with early Christmas gifts, garden necessities and special treats. Local celebrity and Canterbury icon, Hilary Muir, will be keeping the crowds entertained, as the guest speaker this year. There will be plenty of entertainment for the children, including face painting, and there will also be plenty to keep the blokes occupied too!

Christchurch base duo, Assembly Required, known for their energetic live performances, will be back entertaining the crowd again this year!  Don’t miss this opportunity to stroll around the breathtaking gardens and discover what is on offer. There is no better time of the year to indulge in some delicious food, have a glass of wine and listen to some live outdoor music.

 


Tickets will be available online for $18 or at the gate for $20.
