Instant glow-up! Oral Design
Can a pair of bespoke, handcrafted dentures recreate the smile you had almost 20 years ago? Satisfied customer Carol Bradfield says the answer is ‘yes’ when you work with renowned clinical dental technician Richard Greenlees.

Carol, how did you first connect with Richard at Oral Design?
Richard was recommended to me by a Christchurch-based dentist. He respected Richard’s custom made-to-measure denture work and knew this was what I needed. I found him at Oral Design and it felt like the perfect fit.
How did you feel about getting new dentures?
Admittedly, I was nervous. I am a bit complicated because I do not have any gum or bone left to sit the lower denture comfortably and keep it stable. But Richard was great in dealing with my needs and reassuring me that the end result would look great. He was right. Richard was able to design a pair of dentures that fit my mouth perfectly and gave me back the mouth shape I hadn’t had for 18 years. What I wanted is exactly the results I got with the final product.
The results speak for themselves… how do you feel about your new smile and ‘oral lift’?
I’m amazed at the results. The smile and face shape I had almost 20 years ago has been restored. I have been able to smile and feel confident to go out and speak with people, before I always looked grumpy even though I wasn’t. Plus, Richard was very quick to fix any sore spots and advised exercises to get the right fit.
Looking back on your journey, what advice would you give to someone else at the start of theirs? Would you do anything differently?
I wouldn’t change a thing. Richard is an incredible craftsman who is passionate about giving his clients a fabulous bespoke set of dentures. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a superior set of dentures.
Richard restores both smiles and self-confidence from his Montreal Street studio, where patients leave with teeth that look natural, feel personalised, and are lifechanging. Call Richard on 03 379 1222 or email info@oraldesign.co.nz.
