Classic car extravaganza
All roads lead to Queenstown this March for the inaugural Ayrburn Classic Festival of Motoring.
Showcasing classic and modern luxury cars, the event runs from 21-23 March at Queenstown’s newest wine and food playground, Ayrburn. From pioneering vintage to high-performance supercars, Ayrburn Classic brings together the best of the international luxury marques with some of the country’s finest classic and vintage automotive treasures.
With live music, high fashion, breath-taking scenery, and award-winning wine, the Ayrburn Classic promises a weekend of entertainment and indulgence whether you’re a lover of cars
or lifestyle. More than 200 vintage, classic, and modern vehicles across nine feature classes will be on show, and there’s the chance for all tickets holders to win a fantastic 2007 Fraser Clubman Lotus 7 Replica (pictured right).
A highlight of the festival will be a very special performance by internationally acclaimed singer songwriter Miranda Easten, known for her poetic lyrics and rich vocals. Miranda’s love for supercars and classics, particularly her iconic 1981 DeLorean, has also made her a fixture in automotive circles.
GRAND PRIZE DRAW
The spot prize (Fraser Clubman Lotus 7 Replica) will be drawn on Sunday 23 March on The Dell stage, before Harriet & the Radiophonics perform a set to close out the event. Every ticket sold and car entered in the feature classes is automatically in the draw. Metropol, in conjunction with the Ayrburn Classic, has two VIP Island Day Passes (valued at $300 each) to giveaway to one lucky reader.
