Valentine’s Day is celebrated world-wide in so many different ways.

Flowers, chocolates, dinner dates, and jewellery are some ofthe more popular gifts men and women bestow on their loved ones on 14 February. Others may find cards from secret admirers in their letterboxes, and on their desks at work.

Named in honour of two early Christian martyrs named Saint Valentine, the day has evolved to become a significant cultural, religious, and commercial celebration of romance and love in many regions of the world.
