Work it at the office party

Getting to the end of every year is a call for celebration, especially at work. The festive season is a time to look back on all the accomplishments, the challenges, the highs, and the lows, and say cheers with the people who were there along the way.

Some spend more time at work than anywhere else, which can mean more time spent with colleagues than family and friends, and so getting together for a bit of festive fun is always a nice way to close off the working year. Work dos can vary from summery activities to daytime wining and dining, to more formal evening affairs. For the office do that’s making the most of summer by taking it outside for a garden picnic, beach barbeque, or activity in the sun like lawn bowls or croquet. Opt for light fabrics, flowy designs, and pieces comfortable to be moving around in.

For the more formal office that is carrying that same theme into the work party with a sit-down dinner or flashy evening get-together. You can still dress sophisticated and appropriate while having a bit of glitz, or a festive pop of colour.
