Oakridge Homes is one of the newest building companies in town, yet it has already completed more than 100 homes, with100 more under construction, with many more signed up and going through the consenting process, plus two new show homes to visit. 
Locally owned and operated, Oakridge Homes has had a very busy couple of years constructing and handing over new homes.
Now it has added show homes to the list of accomplishments, with two impressive houses (pictured on these pages) to showcase what the company can do for you.
One show home has been designed for investors and first home buyers, while the second is a design and build house showing some of the more innovative and individualised design features that can be included.

While still a relatively young company, age is no indication of experience for the team at Oakridge. Between them, they have decades of experience in all facets of the building industry, putting their talents to good use delivering a vast variety of turnkey properties.
Director James Parker says the company has enjoyed a very busy start, having already completed more than 100 homes, and has a good pipeline for the coming year. “We don’t just do one house at a time,” he explains. “We build in large blocks from 10-50 homes at time, which enables us to achieve good economies of scale which can then be passed on to potential purchasers, meaning less waiting time for enthusiastic home buyers to achieve their dreams.” 
A unique selling point for Oakridge Homes is that its contracts are all inclusive. “There are absolutely no hidden costs,” says James.
“All our contracts include a fixed price, turnkey financing, landscaping, and window coverings, making it super easy to move in.”
