Natural, nourishing skin care


A face mask is the ultimate treat not only for your skin, but also the perfect dose of self-care for stressful days. Taking some time in the evening to relax and nourish your skin will do wonders for your wellbeing. We have gathered a few easy homemade face mask recipes, made with super food ingredients found in your very own kitchen.

Glowing:
The perfect quick fix to give dull skin a bright glow. This will smell and feel amazing on the skin, and the vitamin C mixed with the antioxidants from the honey will leave you feeling refreshed. Mix together, apply to skin and leave on for 15 minutes.

3 Tbsp orange juice
1/4 cup honey

Hydrating:
Avocado provides hydration, while cocoa gives the mask a good dose of natural antioxidants. Honey is also full of antioxidants, as well as anti-inflammatory properties. Mix all together, apply to skin and leave on for 10-15 minutes.

1/4 avocado
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp honey

Calming:
Honey provides natural antioxidants, and coconut oil and avocado give much needed hydration. A few drops of calming lavender oil is the finishing touch your skin will thank you for. Mix all together, apply to skin and leave on for 10-15 minutes.

1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 ripe avocado
A few drops of lavender oil
