Even better, Tavern Harewood is under new ownership and joins the Vieceli Hospitality family. This is the amazing team behind the illustrious Amazonita, Delilah, Bangalore Polo Club, One Good Horse, Avonhead Tavern, and The Turf.
Proud new owners are Brian, Lynda and Louis Vieceli, alongside Emma and Owen Franks, and Sophie and Richie Mo’unga.
The standout menu offers gourmet burgers, pasta, pizza, hearty mains such as lamb shank pie and pork belly, and bar bites such as karaage chicken and wontons. “It’s all crafted from the best local produce, and is home to the $30 main, proving quality and value can go hand in hand,” says Louis Vieceli.
A weekly quiz night at 7pm on Thursdays is the time to test your knowledge and win a bar tab, while live bands hit the stage every second week, and sports are screened large with a dedicated TAB and gaming machine spot. “Tavern Harewood is a magnet for great company, and we offer something for everyone,” says Louis.
