Belleza Boutique, which began nearly a decade ago as a cosy shop in Tai Tapu, has evolved into a popular shop in the city for fashion and homewares that celebrate New Zealand’s best designers. Owner Anna Green says that supporting New Zealand designers really resonates with their customers.
For this reason, Belleza primarily features local labels, with a curated selection of Australian and European brands. The boutique also commits to featuring natural fibres like cotton, linen, and hemp, which are prominently showcased in the summer collection.
Current bestsellers include the Milan Jean from Monaco—a high-waisted, straight-leg jean in deep blue with standout front pockets—and the Spirit Top from Seeking Lola, available in black or white. “Those two garments look amazing together, and we’ve been selling them as an outfit,” Anna adds.
Belleza also offers a carefully selected range of homewares, influenced by Anna’s background in interior design. What truly sets Belleza apart is its personalised service. “We love getting to know our customers,” Anna shares. “There’s always plenty of laughter to be had.”
