Quality builds to be proud of: DGI Morgan

A favourite childhood chestnut goes, “give me a crocodile sandwich and make it snappy”.

You might also say “give me an architectural new build or renovation, and make it efficient, beautifully finished, with many of the materials and trades needed available in-house, and easy for me.”

Ok, it isn’t as catchy or amusing, but it is actually far more achievable if you build with DGI Morgan. “We are founded on great customer service,” says company owner David Morgan, “we listen and make the client’s priorities our priorities. Our own goal is always excellent work at competitive prices.”

David ensures he is available to talk on the day you call, and will arrange a meeting within the week “Stage one is to discuss your ideas, and then we pull the vision together. We will make sure we are a good fit for each other, but we are confident we will be,” says David.

It’s difficult to calculate the ease and productivity that having sister companies bring to every DGI Morgan project. Morgan Glass and Glazing, and DGI Morgan Ltd Steel and Fabrication, partner with DGI Morgan Ltd to complete residential and architectural new builds, alterations and renovations, design and planning, project management, commercial construction and maintenance, high-end interior fitouts, custom timber joinery and insurance work.

David loves what he does because he is passionate about the quality of products delivered and the satisfaction of the client. “I take huge pride in every job, whether it’s building a large architectural home or a smaller renovation.”

A current project is a new build at Ashley Forest. “The home is a compact loft style, and intended for retirement living,” says David, “we are enjoying making and installing the macrocarpa trusses and roof structures. It’s going to be another stunning outcome for the client and our team.”
