“Our whole family has a background in baking and catering,” says co-owner Dana Chap. “We love creating real food with real butter and eggs – baking the way it should be.” You just have to look in the huge cabinets to see that to be true. The bakery is also famous for its range of pies with succulent slow-cooked meats. “Our customers rave over the pastry we make and the ratio of meat to pastry. We have wonderful customers here who have become like family.”
