The stylish Life Kitchen food cart is a commercial standard stainless steel kitchen on wheels. This sophisticated all-terrain cart operates off-grid using solar power, lithium batteries, inverter and gas, producing premium food for your wedding or outdoor event. Owner and chef Tim Christensen loves to produce clean and healthy food that tastes fabulous. Ingredients are locally produced, sauces and chutneys are Tim’s own, as are home-grown herbs and greens. For weddings and special events, Life Kitchen offers three courses and canapes for up to 100 guests.
Festivals and day-long gatherings are a speciality too. Tim says clients’ favourites include pork belly with apple slaw, mint coriander soft shell taco, blue cod sliders, and slow cooked beef brisket on crisp waffle fries with salsa, guacamole and micro greens, but Life Kitchen caters simply great food for all dietary requirements.
