Don’t just launch your summer in style, help land the helipad! Māia Health Foundation’s Garden Party at the historic Tea House at Riccarton Park is on again this year.

It’s on 17 November, which just happens to be New Zealand’s premier race event: Christchurch Casino New Zealand Cup and Gavelhouse.com New Zealand 1000 Guineas day. This fabulous occasion combines the glamour of that great day, with the buzz of raising funds for the new future-proofed rooftop helipad.

Your day includes a complimentary Gordon’s Pink Gin, lunch and nibbles throughout the day, entry to all members only areas, Tea House reserved VIP parking, on-site tote and big screens, with a selection of premium beverages to purchase.
There are fabulous live and silent auctions, with your ticket price also contributing to helipad funds.

Dress code is racing finery, and the day is yours to move between the elegant Tea House, watching races and mingling in the members’ enclosures. The Māia Team is hosting and Chief Executive Michael Flatman says, “It was a tremendous day last year, and promises to be a fantastic day again”. Fundraising and Marketing Manager Anna Galvan says, “With only $400,000 remaining to complete the fundraising for the helipad, this amazingly fun day is going to be even more exciting”.
