8 October: Family Movie Night Shrek

9 October: Hanmer Springs Diwali Festival of Lights celebrations

24 October: Hanmer Springs Village Market
Spring is the perfect time to browse the stalls at the Hanmer Springs Village Market, held at Lodge Reserve from 9am to 2pm. With around 30 stallholders offering locally made and designed crafts, gifts and treats, it’s a relaxed way to spend a Saturday morning in the village. 31 October: Hanmer Springs Fête
Spring is the perfect season for a wander beneath the trees at the historic Queen Mary Hospital grounds. The Hanmer Springs Fête returns on Saturday 31 October, from 9.30am to 4pm, bringing together boutique shopping, artisan creators, food, live music and a festive atmosphere.
