Don’t miss Pinkalicious

Save the date on Wednesday 23 October and head along to The Canterbury Club for Pinkalicious.

From the team at Inspire Me Women, Chris Korako and Margie Foster, Pinkalicious is an inspirational, fun-filled event for women to enjoy time with like-minded females, and help raise funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation.

“Come along, network, and be uplifted by our special guest speaker,” say Chris and Margie. “You will come away feeling inspired and motivated.” Pinkalicious runs from 3.45pm to 5.30pm, and includes welcome bubbles or soft drinks, lovely nibbles, and stimulating conversation. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with pink-themed activities throughout Christchurch.

Iconic landmarks in Christchurch are turning pink, so keep an eye out at the Memorial Avenue Gateway Bridge, Christchurch Airport Terminal and Airways tower, Vaka ‘A . Hina, Botanical Gardens, The Bridge of Remembrance, Robert Falcon Scott Memorial, Fanfare Sculpture, New Brighton Pier, The Bowker Fountain, Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna O Waiwhetū, and the “Everything is going to be alright” sign. The campaign draws attention to the charity’s annual Pink Ribbon Street Appeal, taking place on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 October this year.
