Bliss balls: Harbour Kitchens, Another Helping

Ingredients:
1 cup dates
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 cup nuts
(almonds, cashews, Brazil)
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup cacao powder
Method:
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and add to all ingredients.
- Whizz in food processor for 2–3 minutes until mixture looks like it will stick together.
- Line a bowl with coconut. Form into balls and roll in coconut. Store in fridge.
