Baked Brie
A hot, melty wheel of brie is one of those things that will always go down well. From the ‘Seasoned’ cookbook, this recipe takes literally zero effort and everyone always goes wild for it.
INGREDIENTS – Serves 4 | GF
- 1 wheel brie of your choice
- 70ml of your favourite honey and chilli sauce or Sweet Sesh Hot Honey by Pepper & Me.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200°C fan bake.
- Pop the brie in a small baking dish, or a mini cast iron pan. Ideally it’s nice and snug. Top with the hot honey and bang in the oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes till melty and oozy.
- Add a little more hot honey after baking if you like!
- Serve it in the baking dish or pan you’ve cooked it in, with croutons or crackers, and a bunch of nice red grapes.
TOP TIP
Walnuts and cranberries, pistachio and figs, and macadamias go well on top with the honey. Try any combo you like.
