No sign of slowing: MPRE Fendalton

Well, what a year it has been. The property market has been extremely hot all year with no sign of letting up. We went into another lockdown, which invariably slowed everything down and gave us all time to take a breather and re-evaluate where to from here.

Needless to say, level two brought us out of our hibernation so to speak and we’re back into it, refreshed and with a lot of energy.

And while the alert levels have come down, the market is showing no sign of slowing down. We have properties on the market and properties in the background which will come to the market as soon as our clients are ready, says Jacqui McBride from Mike Pero Fendalton. It is an exciting time for both sellers and buyers, especially with the arrival of the warmer months.
