Up-Style Me, located in Swannanoa, offers three enticing shops filled with pre-loved accessories and clothing, pre-loved homewares and silk flowers for your next adventure north. With a focus on pre-loved fashion and homewares to provide quality, affordable goods, founder Rana Hammond has created the perfect space to submerge yourself in.
The Beauty Cottage and a mixture of wreath and floral arranging classes are the cherry on top of this luxury shopping area. A fabulous experience for clubs and groups, Rana says they’re happy to host, with morning tea and BYO options available.
She says seeing customers smiling from cheek-to-cheek with a new purchase that they love and the environment loves too, is the best part of the job. “I love seeing people’s faces after they’ve bought something they love.”
The meaning behind the space comes with a strong environmental impact. Rana wanted to make others aware of the fashion industry’s waste, so building something that kept fashion, homeware and décor circulating was the way to make a change.
