The business first started with Sally decorating cakes in her registered home kitchen and Kate “accidentally” fell into the family business several years later. Now, with over five decades of cake decorating experience, Twisted Flour & Sugar Merchants is hugely popular around Christchurch, based out of their commercial property in Wigram.

Kate notes that at Twisted Flour & Sugar Merchants they do so much more than just weddings. “We are fabulous across the board.” Providing cakes and catering for corporate events, family gatherings and birthday parties, small and large, for both the young and the old, they do it all.
