Options vary from buffet style to individual lunchboxes, canapés, morning or afternoon tea spreads, and everything in between. Owner Kate Screen runs Lunchbox Catering Co from West Melton, amongst abundant fruit trees that often get picked to use in her recipes. Important to this family-run business is that where possible, everything is made from scratch using fresh seasonal ingredients. The difference is in the taste, and in the generous servings.
