Redefining delivery excellence: Point to Point

Tai Feast’s story is one of passion, purpose, and determination. From delivering life-saving packages such as a human heart, and bone marrow, to leading a thriving courier company, Tai has always been guided by a desire to make a difference.

As the Managing Director of Point to Point Couriers, launched in April, she is reshaping the delivery experience in Canterbury with a focus on speed, reliability, and care. Growing up, the work of Tai’s father in the transport industry gave her a deep appreciation for logistics, yet her career path wasn’t set in stone. After years working for a third-party courier company, she witnessed inefficiencies, miscommunication, and a lack of transparency. Seeing these frustrations every day lit a fire in her to create change.

The business was born from this desire. “Courier systems don’t have to be complicated,” Tai explains. “Customers dealing with urgent deliveries need a service that’s simple and stress-free.” Point to Point delivers on this promise with fewer than 10 pricing codes, clear additional costs, and live package tracking through an easy-to-use online dashboard. Some customers requested an even simpler way and text bookings were implemented.

“We’re more than just a delivery service,” Tai says. “We’re here to make life easier.” This commitment is evident in every job, from seamless communication to delivery updates that include a photo, signature, and GPS location.

At the heart of Point to Point is its people. Tai describes her team as a tight-knit group where every personality plays a vital role. “We’re like a puzzle,” she says. “Each person fits together to create something special.” Even the fleet reflects this spirit, with each vehicle given a name to represent the company’s character.

Looking ahead, Tai is dedicated to her mission: providing a service built on trust, adaptability, and care. “It’s not just about moving parcels; it’s about building connections and delivering peace of mind.”
