Mid-winter Christmas has arrived in Kirwee to brighten up the cold months ahead.
Starting Monday 16 June and running through to Sunday 13 July, Thirsty Acres in Kirwee will be full of Christmas cheer and delicious traditional fare, for their mid-winter Christmas promotion.
Just 25 minutes from Christchurch, the large bar and restaurant in picturesque Selwyn District is open from 9am on the weekends and 11am weekdays. Offering modern pub dining and local ingredients, owners Jono and Jen Alve and their team add a festive Christmas twist.
“Whether you’re looking for somewhere to host a mid-year staff party, your next social function, a special event for your retirement village, or perhaps a car club gathering, Thirsty Acres mid-winter Christmas is the perfect dining and drinking experience,” Jono says.
During the mid-winter Christmas promotion, the restaurant will be adorned with Christmas theming and there will be plenty of Christmas favourites like roast lamb, hot ham and pavlova on the menu, while a gold card menu will run on weekdays.
