Whether Ecrevisse à la Nage is a week night regular or egg boiling is an issue, an engaging experience is on the menu at Riverside Kitchen.

 

Specialties of the house include hands-on corporate events, 16 different cooking classes where you can study Mexican, Persian, Japanese, Malay, Thai, Hong Kong Street, or Mediterranean cuisine, chocolate or knife skills, pasta, gnocchi, and risotto making, or plant-based and truffle cooking.

Corporate or team offerings include ‘Masterchef Cook-Off’ where teams compete to create hors d’oeuvres which are then served as the entrée to a main prepared by Riverside Kitchen.

The ‘Pasta Challenge’ asks teams to create a filling and sauce for ravioli, which are then eaten by the teams after judging.
