Six generations of knowledge and hands-on experience is an instant tick of approval.

Founded in the United Kingdom, Holliday and Sons has been restoring, repairing and selling furniture since 1848. Jason Holliday is the sixth generation to run the workshop, moving the business into a brand new contemporary space. “The workshop is now four times larger than what it was, our showroom is about five times larger. What we can do here is quite spectacular,” he says proudly.

Jason finds strong value in restoring clients’ furniture. “A piece of furniture that’s 250 years old has gone through seven or eight generations and can go through many more with a little bit of work done,” he says. Whether you’re restoring an old family heirloom, repairing a quality piece you found in a secondhand shop, or looking for a piece to add to your antique collection, the team is more than happy – and qualified – to help.

Jason has a passion for restoring pieces hundreds of years old. “A lot of the early Georgian furniture was absolutely stunning – the scale and styling fits into an ultra-modern home beautifully,” he explains.
