Inner-city project perfection: Priority Projects
Fit-out, design-build, and project management company, Priority Projects recently completed two inner-city projects.
A vacant floor below Bridgeside Chambers’ existing offices provided the ideal opportunity to expand and open an avenue for new members.
Acting on a colleague’s recommendation, Bridgeside briefed Priority Projects to manage the project, who engaged their team of experienced contractors to carry out and implement a design/build solution.
Although the 12-week build spanned the Christmas break with Covid-19 complications included, the project was completed on time and within budget.
Bridgeside Chambers’ trust in Priority Projects to act in their best interest was rewarded with a traditional yet contemporary fit-out. A barristers’ chambers that everyone can justifiably be proud of, and a new addition to Christchurch’s legal landscape.
After working on various projects together, Murray & Co briefed Priority Projects to construct their new office fit-out. The design called for a first-class finish, which is always a pleasure to be involved with, says project manager Donna Gillatt.
The work included construction of new tenancy partitioning, featuring beautiful oak panels through the reception gallery and meeting rooms. As well as alterations and additions of lighting, air conditioning, new floor and window coverings, and new in-built custom joinery.
Even with product delays, Priority Projects completed the work in the time required, making it their fourth office fit-out for the client.
“Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Murray & Co, and am proud of delivering an outstanding space for them to enjoy,” says Donna.
