Environmental, agricultural and food testing specialists Hill Labs have acquired sister companies Auditing Solutions and Food and Health Standards, previously run by Ian and Gail Shaw.

Samuel Brooks leads the businesses as their new CEO with nearly two decades of experience in commercial auditing services. Ian has remained in a senior role.
