Hop, skip, jump into school holidays

Starting on 12 April, the school holidays are filled with opportunities to head into the city, soak up the last of any good weather, and spend time with the little loves in your life.

From trampoline arenas, parks and playgrounds for burning energy to spaces dedicated to set imagination alight, Canterbury offers plenty of activities to fill your school holiday schedule. Board the Christchurch Tram or Gondola, visit wildlife sanctuaries or the dino-themed park, or immerse your family in the arts festivals and galleries – and do it all even after the holidays end.
