Reaching their own milestone anniversary, VVV Real Estate is celebrating how far they have come in just one year since launching their business.
Business Owner, Stephanie Robertson had a clear vision for the company she wanted to build, and while the year has been anything but easy for real estate, she is proud of how much her team has achieved.
Stephanie reflects, “I believe as real estate agents, we have a unique opportunity to empower the people we work with when they are making some of the biggest decisions of their life. Not only providing clients with knowledge and expertise so they understand the opportunities and challenges buying or selling a home can present, but also by having open and engaged relationships with clients so their real estate investments reflect their whole life.”
It’s that wide lens and yet laser-focused approach that has seen the company grow into a strong team of united agents. Stephanie prioritises regular one-to-one mentoring sessions with her team, to support and encourage them in their professional, personal and financial goals. In the same way, they work with a house buyer or vendor, this personal investment has seen the team achieve much more than just a strong portfolio of houses on the market.
With an outward focus and a desire to share their success, VVVRE has sponsored junior local sports clubs and individuals throughout the year and is the Official Real Estate Partner of the Canterbury Cricket Association, and a Major Partner of the Canterbury Magicians T20 Smash Competition for 2023/2024 Season.
Giving people an opportunity to go after their sporting dreams is something that is close to Stephanie’s heart. A half marathon runner, Stephanie knows how achieving a physical or health goal can affect every aspect of our life.
“It gives you the confidence to know you have the resilience and discipline to succeed, and you can apply that mind-set in your work. I’m a wife and mum of four running a business in a highly competitive industry, so I know how important it is to have support and encouragement around you to go after your dreams. I want to inspire my family and the people I work with to follow their passions and champion each other along the way.”
