Garden festivities: Chateau on the Park

The best parts of the festive season include wining and dining, getting together with friends, celebrating and indulging.

As we head into the silly season, with warmer days arriving, it’s time to book in a few special outings. Whether it’s the annual family lunch, your end-of-year work dinner or a get-together with old friends, choosing the right setting is an important consideration.

Chateau on the Park, at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel spoils you for choice in the lead up to Christmas. Here are a few of its delicious offerings.

Pre-Christmas Dinner
From 1 November to 24 December, the Pre-Christmas Dinner is the perfect occasion to book for an indulgent evening.

The entire experience will ‘wow” you, especially the gorgeous setting and impeccably made and presented menu. Select from two courses at $49 per person, or three courses at $60 per person.

Menu highlights include hot smoked salmon with asparagus tips and balsamic crème, beef fillet medallions and scallops with brandy peppercorn sauce, gratin potatoes and spring vegetables. The indulgent dessert menu includes a delicious steamed Christmas pudding with sauce Anglaise and ice cream. Vegetarian and gluten free options also available.

Sunset sessions
Taking place every Friday afternoon from 25 November through summer, there’s no better way to wrap up your week than at a sunset session. Set in the charming grounds of the Garden Court Brassiere, enjoy live music, delicious tapas and drink specials. Gather your work friends to celebrate the end of the working week, or make a date night out of it and soak up the summery afternoons ahead.

Garden high tea
Served at the Garden Court Brasserie, you could not imagine a more serene setting to indulge in a delectable array of sweet and savoury treats.

Delicate cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, and flavourful parma ham and melon skewers delight the tastebuds and are amongst the array of beautifully presented savoury options.

Of course, a High Tea isn’t complete without a sprinkle of sweetness, and the sweet treats available are truly delightful.

The fluffy sweet scones with jam and butter are a must, and the mini vanilla crème brulees take centre stage, among the many other sweet classics.

Summer is coming, so get in the festive spirit and book in your outings at Chateau on the Park.

I am thinking of giving a voucher for four adults and one 3year old child for a Saturday afternoon tea.. how much would this cost? And how long would a voucher last. It would need to be sometime in January I think.
    They live in Leithfield.
    I am in UK.
