From stuck to starting again: I Get It
Work or study no longer feels fulfilling? Relationships feel strained, or there’s a sense that something needs to change but the next step isn’t clear? That’s where life coaching can make a difference.
For life coach Dianne Heslop, her website messaging is ‘I get it’ because she does. She understands what it’s like to be stuck or living with self-doubt and now equally how to turn it around. She is hugely passionate about seeing people succeed.
As an accredited life coach, NLP practitioner, Positive Young Minds practitioner and clinical hypnotherapist, Dianne works with teens and adults to release anxiety, break old patterns, and silence the ‘not good enough’ narrative in order to build confidence, create positive change and to thrive.
Being goal-driven, she has overcome obstacles and reinvented herself many times from single mum to getting into the police at 50, learning how to move forward positively and silence the inner critic that can hold us back. “I get it because I’ve done the tough stuff myself. I know what it is like to doubt yourself and then, through the mindset changes, how to overcome it to grow,” Dianne says Life coaching offers a supportive space to explore thoughts and feelings, helping clients uncover their own insights and direction. Even small shifts in perspective can lead to powerful breakthroughs.
“Coaching isn’t about telling someone what to do, it’s about helping them reconnect with themselves,” she explains. “People are awesome and just need the time and space, and some gentle challenging, to work through the internal and external noise.”
