The Priority Projects team designed and built a home that captures outstanding views. Despite significant weather delays at the siteworks/foundation stage, the project was completed within 12 months. “As part of our usual collaborative, problem solving approach, we worked with the council to secure an upgrade in stormwater services, benefiting not only our clients but other properties in the Laneway,” says Kim. Now that is downsizing done right.
