Cohesive Construction has forged ahead in recent times. A new name, plus increasing its number of branches nationwide is seeing this 20-year-old company entrench itself as the go-to for all steel building needs.

Previously known as Wide Span Sheds, Cohesive Construction’s managing director, Paul Lynch, says the company’s name change allows for the team to better represent themselves as both suppliers of Wide Span’s range of pre-engineered buildings, as well as designers and builders of custom commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

Cohesive Construction now operates nine branches nationwide with a further three to open this year. Excited to be a part of the tremendous growth in North Canterbury, Cohesive Construction has recently opened its latest branch in Ravenswood.

This North Canterbury branch covers territory stretching from the Waimakariri bridge right through to Kaikoura. Located in the heart of Ravenswood’s commercial area, the team is available to assist with all their clients’ steel building needs ranging from garages and barns right through to shed-homes and large commercial warehousing with offices.

“Many of our clients come to us with an idea and we pride ourselves on having the right local knowledge and connections to ensure their needs are met. From finding the right land, to designing, pricing, and construction custom fit for purpose buildings, we have the in-house capabilities to do it all,” says Paul.
