Connect people with properties: Anthony Deyn
Communication is one of life’s essentials, and hugely important when buying or selling property.
So too is making a connection, bringing people and property together for a desired outcome.
That’s where Christchurch realtor Anthony Deyn excels. An agent at Harcourts Gold Papanui, his goal this year is to connect with more people, face-to-face, one-on-one.
Making connections is something he excels at, given his previous career steps, attending London’s Covent Garden ballet school, performing in Westend productions, and working as a yoga teacher. “You can join me at Les Mills and Flow Yoga each week.”
For Anthony, making the right connection is hugely important. “The real estate industry is all about connecting people with property. About sticking with marketing and formulas that are tried and true, and about communicating exactly what you want, and what I can do for you,” he says.
Anthony’s business philosophy is to ‘list it, launch it, market it, sell it’, a creed that has to date earned him numerous industry accolades in just two-and-a-half years. Consistently in the top 20 agents for Harcourts Gold, he’s won the company’s Platinum Award for outstanding performance, the Rookie Award, Rising Star Award in Canterbury, made the top 10 agents, and is in the top 30 agents throughout Canterbury.
He loves what he does, chasing his and other people’s property dreams. “Personally, I’m just settling on an investment property and it’s so exciting.
I want others to feel the same excitement. Anyone thinking of buying or selling needs to meet with me. I understand the power of marketing for delivering results.
