Classy catering and corporate hosting: G&T Catering
It is the gateway to Christmas and summer, but the party can’t start without our event professionals.
Cup and Show week will see the fabulous team at G&T Catering take a deep breath, and take a full immersion dive into all the roles that underpin the party for Cantabrians.
Building relationships and supporting others is central to owner Tom Lawson’s approach. “It is a crazy week, and all of Christchurch Hospitality comes together to support one another,” says Tom, “and we will be involved in events in a myriad of ways.” Addington Cup Day will see G&T duty managers, and food and beverage service staff at the ‘ZM on the Green with Bombay Sapphire’ area. “They will be a key part of making the day fun and safe for everyone,” says Tom.
The team will be creating gorgeous platters for a range of wineries that are focusing on corporate hosting, their chiller trailer will be on high rotation around the city, “and of course we have gorgeous weddings continuing throughout the week at our own venue, Larcomb Vineyard,” says Tom.
