Building relationships: D.G.I Morgan

A golden time existed when life was work, eat, sleep, followed by leisure-filled weekends, on repeat.

Suddenly seeming very desirable, this predictable pattern appears to be AWOL at the moment. We’re never quite sure what situation we will wake up to next, meaning vigilance and resilience have become key to our skill set.

In an unpredictable world, the things we can absolutely depend on become ever more valuable. That’s where DGI Morgan comes in. This building company has hung out its shingle on creating excellent relationships with clients.

“On new builds we work with our clients from conception and design right through to completion,” says Director David Morgan. “We make sure we come in on the set budget and within the client’s timeframe.”

David’s passion is to exceed client expectations. “A perfect finish, nothing missed, and knowing that there won’t be building failures – basically making the project the best it can be – creates the great depth of pride we have in what we do.”

Architectural builds and renovations are a specialty. “We love challenging and complex jobs and our Trade Qualified team combines more than 50 years of experience. Apprentices are trained in-house, meaning they are working at the highest standard too,” says David.

Sister companies Morgan Glass and Glazing, and DGI Morgan Ltd Steel and Fabrication partner with DGI Morgan Ltd to complete residential and architectural new builds, alterations and renovations, design and planning, project management, commercial construction and maintenance, high-end interior fitouts, custom timber joinery and insurance work.

No job is too big or too small for the teams, and they cover all of Canterbury and over to the West Coast as well.
“When you put your project in our hands there won’t be unwanted surprises,” says David, “you get dependability and a great quality completed job.”
