Smoke ‘n’ Barrel is all about low ‘n’ slow smoked meats, handmade sauces, and delicious seasonal salads. “Our flavours are sensational,” says Co-owner Renee Blackburn, “we serve a truly incredible meal, elevating classic Texas BBQ to levels you and your guests will find unforgettable.”
Full wedding catering service is available. “We can offer abundant grazing tables while you have photos taken.
Dinner can be a buffet, or delivered family style on platters to your tables, and we offer a range of desserts,” says Renee.
Catering to a minimum of 30 guests, the team travel South Island wide bringing the feast with them. “We bring a down to earth vibe with us, but our food is a heavenly treat.”
