A summer to remember: Christchurch NZ CEO Alison Adams
What a summer we just had in Ōtautahi Christchurch. From the revitalised World Buskers Festival to Crankworx and Electric Avenue, the city was buzzing with energy.

More than 70,000 people packed into North Hagley Park over two days for the annual summer festival, Electric Avenue, in February. Featuring international acts such as Chase and Status, The Kooks and The Prodigy, it was an incredible event and the excitement carried through the entire season, bringing people together in ways that make you proud to be a Cantabrian.
Christchurch is thriving, drawing young talent, entrepreneurs, and businesses eager to be part of the action. Major projects are near completion, and fresh opportunities are on the horizon.
The key to our success? Collaboration. When we come together, there’s no limit to what we can achieve. Here’s to keeping that momentum going through autumn and beyond, as we continue to rise and thrive.
