A new home base: Harcourts Grenadier

Their new building makes a strong statement on the corner of The Runway at Wigram.

Now that they have landed in the area, Hamish and Sarah McLeod of Harcourts Grenadier are determined to make just as strong a statement with their real estate service to the fast-growing suburb of Wigram.

“We are passionate about providing clients with the very best service, experience and results.” This has already been achieved in their award winning Halswell office they have owned for nearly five years.

The interior fit-out of the new building, designed by KVA Design and project managed by CUBO Projects, is warm, inviting and full of colour. Bespoke Joinery was designed by local manufacturers CG furniture.

“From its huge reception area to the many workspaces all ready for the agents, a great environment has been created,” says Sarah.

“We are really excited about being part of this expanding community and getting to know the locals. There is a great vibe in this precinct, it is an exciting place to work.”

The first of the agents to join the Wigram office is Lin Ma along with her team of seven associates. Lin has a great deal of experience in the real estate market in Wigram and is really looking forward to being based in the suburb. The stunning office is officially open now.
