David takes the time to understand each couple and the moments that matter most. “I’m very passionate about it because I get to create something that’s personalised and important to the couple,” he says, “I make it a rule that I connect with the couple before the wedding day and before they sign the contract so they feel comfortable with me and know the process.”
When couples receive their package, David says most will “cry from happiness, which is delightful”.
