By tilting the implants, the posterior regions with compromised bone loss can be avoided and a better quality of bone is used, which alleviates the need for bone-grafting.

Keira’s oral surgery credentials are impressive. She has spent 14 years training and most recently trained at Trinity College, Dublin, where she achieved the highest grade ever in the oral surgery clinical doctorate programme.
One of only two female oral surgeons in New Zealand, Keira continues to increase her knowledge, keeping up with the latest techniques, including using cutting-edge technology.
