Rolleston Fields forever
Construction is well underway on the new Rolleston Fields development.
The $85 million development is being built in four stages over five years. A mixed-use development, it will cater to a wide range of experiences – from food and beverage, health and wellness, retail, office and co-working spaces, plus public exploration and play areas.
The goal is to deliver an award-winning town centre for the people of Selwyn.
Caroline Cooper-Dixon and Lilly Cooper of the successful Tennyson55 developments have collaborated with Selwyn Council Urban Planners, Thom Craig and PRAU Studio Architects, IZZARD Hospitality Architects, award-winning builders Armitage Williams and placemaking and branding specialists Studio South.
Health and wellbeing and eatery precincts are part of the design created by Craig, PRAU, and Izzard. The eatery area includes an inviting outdoor space and covering, so dining al fresco can be enjoyed all year-round.
In the wellness centre, tenants include: O-Studio, contemporary gym Flex Rolleston, Motus Health physiotherapy, and Embrace Skin & Beauty, while eateries will include Burger Fuel, Lone Star, and a Majestic Tea Bar.
The Health and Wellbeing Precinct designed by IKON has a world-class boutique health focus.
From engaging fitness classes that will utilise the outdoors on the green, saunas and ice baths for those looking for modern holistic therapies, and a spa for somewhere just to relax and unwind, with a facial or massage.
