“Holistic wellbeing is at the heart of what I do,” says Donna Kaiser, owner of Ageless Antidotes, a boutique wellness and beauty therapy space in Waikuku’s Old School Collective.
“It’s as much about nervous system regulation as it is about a great facial, LED light therapy treatment, active plant peel, brow tint and shape or hot stone massage.”
As an internationally qualified beauty therapist, holistic massage therapist and certified yoga teacher, Donna brings a mind-body-spirit ethos to her treatments, weaving ancient wisdom with modern-day science to create offerings that achieve results that clients want but that also leaves them nourished on a deeper level.
“I’m all about skin health and professional, quality products with active ingredients that work but with a focus on plant-based, certified organic and products that are kind to the skin and body. Paired with that, I bring in sensory, restorative rituals to promote deeper relaxation, calm and holistic well-being. I’ve also got my crystal sound bowls for sound baths, and therapeutic-grade essential oils, because a nervous system reset that balances and calms does just as much for skin as the best serum in the world,” Donna says.
