The stadium’s open concourse will feature local favourites, including Bacon Bros, Pedro’s Lamb, and Lyttleton-based Arbour Woodfired Pizza. With views of the field and a click and collect ordering system, sports fans and concert goers can order the finest local food without missing a second.
“One New Zealand Stadium provides us with an incredible opportunity to showcase our region’s amazing kai,” said Caroline Harvie-Teare, Venues Ōtautahi Chief Executive. “Every time guests visit the stadium, they will be able to find their favourites or discover some new gems.”
The stadium is a place Cantabrians are proud of, and local food vendors add to this fulfilment. Locals can indulge in the food they love, and visitors can get a taste of what the Canterbury food and entertainment scene has to offer.
As Bacon Bros founder Troy Bilbrough says, “We’re proud to be Christchurch-born, and we want fans to experience what we do best – great food, great people, and a whole lot of fun.”
