Bedrooms are supposed to be serene places for rest and relaxation, and much of that can be created by judicious use of colour and complementary furniture, fittings and linen.

Colour trends will provide inspiration, as will colours that you personally like, wear and use elsewhere in your décor. Try a soft pink, salmon pink or dusky rose pink, but with masculine touches such as wood, metal, and dark accents.
